Mr. P. K. Saha has taken over as Director (Commercial) of Engineers India Limited, a leading design & engineering Company. Mr. Saha, a Civil Engineer from B.E. College, Calcutta University has over 37 years of professional experience with more than 34 years in project management, engineering management and detail design and engineering in various projects executed in India and overseas. As Project Manager for over 22 years, he has handled major projects in Petrochemicals, Refineries, Oil and Gas Processing and Non-ferrous Metallurgy. He was responsible for execution of these projects from start to commissioning by coordinating / managing design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities. Some of the prestigious projects handled by him include EPC Execution for Paraxylene Plants (PX1 and PX2 ) of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) at Panipat, 9 MT Grass-root Refinery of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) at Paradip, LLDPE, HDPE and LPG Plant for Gas Authority of India's Petrochemical Complex at Pata, Alumina Refinery of National Aluminium Company and Tabriz Petrochemical Complex for National Iranian Oil Company at Tabriz, Iran. Mr. Saha's rich experience in all facets of Project Management and close association with the clients during project execution will enable the company to enhance its business prospects.
