EIL has bagged a prestigious contract for Expansion of Panipat Refinery of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.(IOCL) against stiff competition. The project involves expansion of the Refinery capacity from 12 MMTPA to 15 MMTPA. The grass-root refinery and first phase expansion project of this refinery was also executed by EIL.

EIL shall be providing its services for engineering, procurement, construction management & supervision, and commissioning assistance. The project is to be mechanically completed within a time schedule of 28 months.
