Certification Engineers International Limited (CEIL), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Engineers India Limited has made a record profit after tax of Rs.678 Lakhs on a turnover of Rs.2111 Lakhs during the Financial Year 2004-2005. The Company is in the business of providing Certification and Third Party Inspection Services to various clients in Oil and Gas sector and other infrastructure projects in India and abroad. The Board of Directors of CEIL paid dividend of Rs.200 Lakhs on a paid-up capital of Rs.100 Lakhs.
