New Delhi, June 24, 2026: Building on their long-standing partnership, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) and Engineers India Limited (EIL) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on June 22, 2026. To support its expansive, vertically integrated operations—spanning from mineral exploration and end-to-end mining to smelting, refining, and downstream extraction—HCL will engage EIL under this agreement for consultancy, engineering, project management, safety and integrity studies, sustainability, and advanced technical solutions focused on copper, critical minerals, and rare earth elements.

The MoA was formalized at EIL’s Corporate Office in New Delhi in the presence of HCL Chairman and Managing Director Shri Sanjiv Kumar Singh, alongside EIL’s management and senior officials from both organizations.
